1 . Chest/Bust
Measure just under arms, across shoulder blades and over fullest part of chest. For bust, measure at fullest part of bust. Be sure tape is level and straight.

2. Cross Shoulder
Measure shoulder joint to shoulder joint.

3. Neck
Measure around neck where a buttoned shirt would fit. Be sure measuring tape is snug around neck without being too constricting.

4. Upper arm
Measure dominant arm, muscle flexed, at fullest point.
Inches__________________________

5. Forearm
Measure dominant arm approximately 2" below elbow.
Inches __________________________

6. Sleeve length
Measure from center back across the shoulder and around point of elbow to bend at wrist. Place hand on hip bending elbow.

7. Shirt/Coat length
Measure from top of shoulder (highest point of shoulder next to collar) close to neck down to approximately 2" below hip joint.

8. Waist
Measure over shirt, not over trouser, at the position you normally wear your pants/skirts.

9. Hips/Seat
Measure around the fullest part of the seat. Snug, not tight.

10. Thigh
Measure around thigh (parallel to floor) 1 " below crotch.
Inches__________________________

11. Calf
Measure around the fullest part of the calf.

THE FOLLOWING CAN BE MEASURED USING AN EXISTING GARMENT

12. Front Rise
Measure from bottom of waistband (front) to center point of crotch between legs.

13. Back Rise
Measure from bottom of waistband (back) to center point of crotch between legs.
Inches__________________________

14. Inseam
Measure well fitting pants (similar to uniform pants) along inner seam from crotch seam to bottom of leg. The finished hem length should be from 12" to 1" above the top of your shoe heel. Styles worn with higher heels require extra length.

15. Outseam (optional)
Measure from the bottom of your waistband to exactly where you would like your pants to touch your shoes.
